Auditors

PE’s auditors are elected by the AGM. At the AGM of 4 May 2023, PricewaterhouseCoopers AB were elected auditors for the period extending until the end of the next AGM.

PricewaterhouseCoopers AB has appointed authorised public accountant Camilla Samuelsson as principal auditor. PricewaterhouseCoopers AB have been PE’s auditors since 2016, and Camilla Samuelsson has been principal auditor since 2019.

The auditor’s duties include reviewing the Board of Directors and CEO’s management of the company and the quality of the company’s accounting records. The auditors report the results of their review to the shareholders via an audit report, which is presented at the AGM. The auditors also submit detailed reports to the Audit Committee at ordinary meetings of the Audit Committee, and once a year to the Board of Directors. Besides the audit, the auditor informs the Board about services that have been provided in addition to audit services, remuneration for such services and other circumstances that are significant to the auditors’ independence.
