Change in the number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang following conversion
The number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) has changed due to conversion of 44 628 class A shares to 44 628 class B shares.
Pursuant to the articles of association of Projektengagemang, a holder of a class A share is entitled to request that the share is converted into a class B share. In May 2019, 44 628 class A shares have been converted into 44 628 class B shares, at the request of shareholders.
After the conversion, as of 05/31 2019, the total number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) amounted to 24 555 677 and 73 618 026, respectively. 5 451 372 of these shares are class A shares, representing 54 513 720 votes, and 19 104 306 are class B shares, representing 19 104 306 votes.
