Change in the number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang following conversion
The number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) has changed due to conversion of 28 500 class A shares to 28 500 class B shares.
Pursuant to the articles of association of Projektengagemang, a holder of a class A share is entitled to request that the share is converted into a class B share. In November 2021, 28 500 class A shares have been converted into 28 500 class B shares, at the request of shareholders.
After the conversion, as of November 30 2021, the total number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) amounted to 24 555 677 and 72 240 593, respectively. 5 298 324 of these shares are class A shares, representing 52 983 240 votes, and 19 257 353 are class B shares, representing 19 257 353 votes.
