Change in the number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang following conversion
The number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) has changed due to conversion of 65 400 class A shares to 65 400 class B shares.
Pursuant to the articles of association of Projektengagemang, a holder of a class A share is entitled to request that the share is converted into a class B share. In February 2021, 65 400 class A shares have been converted into 65 400 class B shares, at the request of shareholders.
After the conversion, as of February 26 2021, the total number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) amounted to 24 555 677 and 72 497 093, respectively. 5 326 824 of these shares are class A shares, representing 53 268 240 votes, and 19 228 853 are class B shares, representing 19 228 853 votes.
