Change in the number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang following conversion
The number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) has changed due to conversion of 6 300 class A shares to 6 300 class B shares.
Pursuant to the articles of association of Projektengagemang, a holder of a class A share is entitled to request that the share is converted into a class B share. In May 2020, 6 300 class A shares have been converted into 6 300 class B shares, at the request of shareholders.
After the conversion, as of 05/29 2020, the total number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) amounted to 24 555 677 and 73 085 693, respectively. 5 392 224 of these shares are class A shares, representing 53 922 240 votes, and 19 163 453 are class B shares, representing 19 163 453 votes.
