Change in the number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang following conversion
The number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) has changed due to conversion of 16 200 class A shares to 16 200 class B shares.
Pursuant to the articles of association of Projektengagemang, a holder of a class A share is entitled to request that the share is converted into a class B share. In September 2019, 16 200 class A shares have been converted into 16 200 class B shares, at the request of shareholders.
After the conversion, as of 09/30 2019, the total number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) amounted to 24 555 677 shares and 73 390 793 votes, respectively. 5 426 124 of these shares are class A shares, representing 54 261 240 votes, and 19 129 553 are class B shares, representing 19 129 553 votes.
