Change in the number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang following conversion
The number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) has changed due to conversion of 900 class A shares to 900 class B shares.
Pursuant to the articles of association of Projektengagemang, a holder of a class A share is entitled to request that the share is converted into a class B share. In May 2022, 900 class A shares have been converted into 900 class B shares, at the request of shareholders.
After the conversion, as of May 31 2022, the total number of shares and votes in Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) amounted to 24 555 677 and 72 224 393, respectively. 5 296 524 of these shares are class A shares, representing 52 965 240 votes, and 19 259 153 are class B shares, representing 19 259 153 votes.
