PE Becomes Part of Sweco
Sweco is acquiring a majority of the shares in PE Teknik & Arkitektur’s parent company, Projektengagemang AB.
During a transitional period, PE will operate as a subsidiary of Sweco Sverige AB. In the autumn, Sweco’s and PE’s operations will be integrated. The operational transition is planned for early 2026.
“With this merger, we will be able to offer an even broader range of services with enhanced expertise. We will deliver more competitive solutions – not least by unlocking the power of the combined competence and experience of PE’s engineers, architects, and experts together with Sweco’s approximately 22,000 employees across Europe,” says Andreas Hatzigeorgiou, CEO and Group President.
PE’s operations will, for the time being, continue as before.
“We will continue to run our projects with the same quality, commitment, and care as always,” says Andreas Hatzigeorgiou.
