Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) extends credit agreement
Projektengagemang Sweden AB (publ) has extended its existing agreement with SEB regarding a credit facility. The facility is extended to 27 November 2020 and consists of term loans, acquisition credit and overdraft facilities, with a total credit facility of SEK 349 million. The terms are mainly unchanged. Undrawn credit facility as of 30 September 2020 was SEK 160 million.
– Along with the good results during the first nine months, the extended agreement provides financial strength and creates further stability going forward, says Peter Sandberg, CFO.
