Projektengagemang´s acquisition of Integra Engineering AB finalized
Engineering and architecture Group Projektengagemang has finalized the acquistion of Integra Engineering AB, which specialises in civil engineering, for SEK 250 million on cash and debt free basis. The acquisition is another major step towards achieving Projektengagemang’s growth strategy, the aim of which is to take leading positions within profitable markets and areas of business.
Integra’s turnover in 2017 almost reached SEK 200 million. The company was founded in 1999 and now has around 200 employees at offices in ten locations.
